Lifts up to 9 levels on light blonde to dark brown hair. Gentle, caring shine and protect formula. Kinder on hair and scalp - ultimate performance using lower strength peroxide than other bleaches. Includes 2 sachets of bleach powder and two sachets of colour freedom white blonde toner. Only for use with colour freedom cream peroxide developers.
