25ml Lemon Juice
25ml Honey Syrup
25ml Cloudy Apple Juice
20ml Somerset Cider
Add lemon juice, honey syrup, cloudy apple juice,
Somerset cider to the Boston tin. Add Vodka. Fill Boston tin 3/4 with ice and shake hard for 5-10 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.

The British Honey Company was launched in 2013 in the Cotswolds, Oxfordshire in the beautiful village of Yarnton. Since then, expanding across Oxfordshire each one of the hives work endlessly to pollenate British meadows and hedgerows and provide you with scrumptious 100% raw honey. With a love for Gin and Honey, our beekeeper produced the delicious Keepr's Dry London Gin infused with our Cotswold Honey in small batches from 300-500. Each batch is traceable to the hive the honey came from. It was only a matter of time before we decided to expand our product range with a delicious selection of spirits using locally sourced British fruit.
