How to use your kegel balls

We recommend using a premium water-based lubricant with your kegel balls. Silicone-based lubricants should be avoided as they may cause the silicone to deteriorate. We do not recommend using massage oils or hand creams as lubricants.

How to keep your kegel balls clean

Make sure you clean your kegel ball set well before and after each use. Disassemble and clean each part of the set (the girdles and weighted balls). For best results, use an adult toy cleanser. Avoid any cleansers containing alcohol or acetone. When an adult toy cleanser is unavailable, use antibacterial soap and lukewarm water, rinse off with clean lukewarm water and dry with a clean towel. Please do not use or place your kegel balls into boiling water.
