How to use poachette rings

  • Fill a frying pan or saucepan with 2cm of boiling water
  • Add the rings and break an egg into each ring
  • Simmer for 2-4 minutes depending on the size of the egg or whether you prefer soft or firm poached eggs
  • When cooked, remove each egg from the pan using a turner. Place eggs onto hot toast and remove rings gently.
