One tablespoon daily, or this product can be added to Dips/Mayonnaise, Salad dressings or Cold Pasta Dishes.

Advisory information:

Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. Once opened store in a refrigerator and use within 3 months. This product may become cloudy below 5 degrees celsius. This does not effect the quality of the oil. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
