Holland & Barrett L-Arginine Coated Caplets contain 1000mg of L-Arginine per caplet. The 20 amino acids are the building blocks of protein. Protein makes up the structure of all cells and tissues in the body, including muscle tissue, internal organs, tendons, skin, hair and nails. Arginine is one of the 12 non-essential amino acids, as it can be made in the body. The other 8 are known as essential amino acids as they must be supplied in the diet. You must be 18 years or older to purchase this product.

Directions:
