Healthy Start Children's Vitamin Drops contain three essential vitamins (Vitamins A, C and D). The vitamins contribute to the maintenance of normal vision, the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal bones.
Presented as a pleasant tasting oral drop that can be taken by your child directly from a spoon or mixed with a little milk or fruit juice or other liquid foods. The UK Departments of Health recommend that all children aged from six months to five years should be given a supplement that contains vitamins A, C and D, such as Healthy Start vitamin drops, and that breastfed babies should be given a daily supplement of vitamin D from birth. But these vitamin drops should not be given to any child consuming more than 500ml of infant formula milk a day (infant formula has vitamins added to it). You can continue to give young children a supplement containing vitamins A, C and D until they are five years old, as this will help to make sure that they are getting enough of these vitamins. This is especially important when they are learning to eat a variety of foods and if they are fussy eaters.
Do not exceed the 5 drop daily dose. To avoid overdosing catch drops on spoon. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Not suitable for pregnant women. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Food Supplement. Food supplements should not replace a well-balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
