including the black plastic hanging hook. Wash it in warm soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Remove as soon as the cycle ends and dry thoroughly before storing.
To remove burnt-on food, leave to cool, then soak in warm soapy water. Wash using a nylon scouring pad if necessary. Don’t use abrasive cleaners or metal scourers. Grease lightly before each use, so food doesn’t stick. Can be used with most metal kitchen utensils. Oven safe to 240°C/ 475?F/ Gas Mark 9. Leave to cool completely before washing or soaking. This will prevent warping.
