Directions for Preparation:
1. In a pot, lightly fry 1 cup Gefen Israeli Couscous in 2 tablespoons of oil.
2. Add 1 1/4 cups water and season if desired.
3. Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove from heat and let stand covered 5 minutes.
5. Fluff with a fork.
Make it a meal
Cook couscous according to package directions.
