Daily intake of CBD should not exceed 10mg. 1 serving = 0.5ml / 16.4mg CBD / 500iu Vitamin D3 2 servings = 1ml / 32.8mg CBD / 1000iu Vitamin D3. 1 serving = 0.5 ml (60 servings per 30 ml bottle).
