Made of mostly water, organic konjac flour is rich in soluable fibre. It absorbs up to one hundred times its own weight in water. Once konjac flour is mixed with water, we're able to make these amazing penne shapes, that are suitable for virtually all diets.
Each pack can serve 1-2 people.
Rinse 2-3 times under cold water.
Heat in an open pan 1-2 minutes or in a microwave for 1 minute.
Add to your favourite pasta sauce, stir-fry, soup or salad.
