Vinification Details
Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are processed under anaerobic conditions, after a short maceration of six hours, and the juice is fermented in cool conditions in stainless steel to preserve the fresh, vibant fruit character. This refreshing ros has notes of wild strawberries and suble white pepper aromas.
