Recipes
Cacao Nib Smoothie Bowl
- 1 medium banana
- A handful of blueberries
- 5 tbsp yoghurt / plant based alternative
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp Creative Nature maca powder
- 1 tbsp Creative Nature chia seeds

How to Make
Blend yoghurt, maca, bananas and blueberries together. Pour into a bowl. Then top with cacao nibs, chia or any fresh fruit of your choice.
Or you could try...
Adding a tablespoon (15g) to your muesli or fruit salad.
