Vinification Details
Tempranillo from organic vineyards is taken to the winery where the colour is gently extracted to create the delightful ros hue. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to enhance the bright, fresh fruit character. After some time resting on lees, the wine is clarified with vegetable protein, making it suitable for vegans.
