How to Use Coconut Butter
Coconut butter is a raw coconut puree, loaded with fibre and extra virgin coconut oil. Richer, thicker and creamier than coconut oil, our Coconut Butter is delicious for cooking, baking and adding coconutty flavour to your favourite meals!

Almond Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
Makes 6 large muffins
250g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda
2 eggs
200ml coconut milk
(or milk of your choice)
1/2 cup flaked almonds
(plus 3 tbsp for decoration)
1/4 cup melted coconut butter
1/2 cup coconut sugar
A pinch of salt
Directions
1. Beat your eggs, sugar and pinch of salt.
2. Add all other ingredients then mix until well combined.
3. Divide equally between muffin cases and sprinkle with flaked almonds.
4. Bake for 20 minutes at 190C before dishing out and digging in!
