dEsclans 4005 Route de Callas 83920 La Motte The grapes are selected from the best parcels of the property. Harvest took place from sunrise to noon. The grapes were then sorted optically. Garrus from Chateau d'Esclans is not macerated. It is fermented in demi-muid (600 L barrels), both new and old, for 10 months with stirring twice a week (batonnage).
