Tasting Notes:
The nose is suggestive of luxurious and rich aromatics with notes of yellow apple, toasted hazelnut, almond, peppermint, damp chalk and red fruits.
The attack is fresh with creamy soft sparkle.
The wine unfurls on the palate with layered, fleshy red and black fruits and a very pure tactile sensation encapsulated by minerality and acidity tinged with grapefruit.
Subtle dosage maintains balance through to the tense finish, capped off with abundant richness.

Best when paired with; Veal colombo, scrambled eggs with truffles and cod fillet in butter reduction with nori.
