Campo Viejo is committed to reduce its carbon footprint by implementing initiatives such as reducing the bottle-weight which has resulted in 30% less carbon emissions, careful water management (average water used toproduce a single bottle of Campo Viejo is 0.80Las compared to the Spanish average of 2.25L) and protecting the biodiversity amongst other projects.

Vinification Details
Grapes are fermented in at a controlled temperature of around 28C. Maceration with skins for approximately 20 days to deliver the colour of the wine. The wine then spends 24 months in French and American oak casks and is rounded off for 36 months in the bottle cellar.
