Instructions
Serving suggestion:
Essential in Thai curry, just add 1 tablespoon for added depth of flavour.
Dressing for salad/noodles:
Combine 1 tablespoon of Fish Sauce, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of lime juice with 1 handful each of chopped mint and chopped coriander. For an extra kick add 1 teaspoon of chopped chilli.
