Preparation and Usage
Top Tip! Add an extra flavour dimension by swapping 50ml water for half a glass of red or white wine.

4 Skinless & boneless chicken thighs
1 Large onion, sliced
3 Carrots, sliced
1 Medium red pepper, diced
Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. 1. Preheat the oven to 190C, 170C fan assisted, Gas Mark 5.
2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken and onions for 3-4 minutes turning occasionally. Place in an ovenproof casserole dish with the carrots and pepper.
3. Mix 4-6 heaped dessert spoons (43g) of seasoning mix with 425ml of cold water and add to the casserole. Cover and cook for 1 hour, stir half way through. Ensure chicken is thoroughly cooked before serving.
4. Serve with mashed potato.
Ensure product is piping hot before serving. Serves 4.
