To make a perfectly balanced rich flavoursome gravy, put 4 heaped teaspoons of Bisto Best into a measuring jug filled with 280ml (1/2 pint) of boiling water. Stir in the granules until you get a silky-smooth consistency. And why not add a dash of red wine or Worcestershire sauce to give the gravy extra punch?
