Directions:

Directions for use*: Adults and children 12+: Take 1 capsule twice daily, with food. Children 5-11 years: Give 1 capsule daily, with food. Pregnancy: Bio-Kult Pro-Cyan contains vitamin A, please consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant or planning a pregnancy. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Bio-Kult Pro-Cyan capsules can be swallowed whole or pulled apart and the contents sprinkled on to food or mixed in a drink. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Storage: Store in a cool dry place – out of direct sunlight. Can be stored at room temperature.
