Preparation and Usage
Berkshire Dry G&T:
50ml Berkshire Dry Gin, 150ml premium tonic. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
Dandy Cup:
50ml Berkshire Dandelion & Burdock, 150ml ginger ale and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a mint and lime and your choice of flowers!
Floradora:
50ml Berkshire Rhubarb & Raspberry, 20ml lime juice, 10ml sugar syrup, top with ginger ale. Garnish with fresh raspberries and a lime wedge.
