Vinification: Grapes used for the Bergerac Grande Reserve wines have been carefully selected by Grandissime wine experts Eric and Didier. Each parcel was individually vinified before a second selection took place just before blending. The wines are bottled young to capture in all the aromas and freshness of the wines. It refers to a field or green space naturally enclosed by bushes, trees, branches etc…but managed and controlled by a human hand while respecting the environment.
