Anusol Plus HC suppositories are used for the local treatment of piles and the symptoms associated with piles including anal itching and swelling in those ages 18 years and over

Warnings

Do not use if:
•You are under the age of 18 years.
•The duration of the treatment lasts more than one week without consulting your doctor.

•Do not swallow.
•Discontinue use and seek medical advice immediately if rectal bleeding occurs.

Product Specification

Active ingredients: Hydrocortisone acetate 10 mg, Zinc oxide 296 mg, Bismuth subgallate 59 mg, Balsam Peru 49 mg, Bismuth oxide 24 mg and Benzyl benzoate 33 mg.

Other ingredients are: Kaolin light, suppocireBS2 pastilles (hard fat).

Uses

For adults: remove wrapper and insert one suppository into the anus at night, in the morning and after each bowel movement up to a maximum of three per day for a maximum of one week.

Tips and Advice

Piles can be caused by straining from constipation. Keeping well hydrated, exercised and eating lots of fruit and veg can help with these symptoms.
