Uses

You can use Almased® to replace a meal at any time of the day by dissolving 50 grams (5 heaped tablespoons) of Almased in 200-350 ml of water or substitute water for 200ml of low fat milk or an unsweetened non-dairy alternative.

Mix thoroughly with a spoon or Almased® shaker to ensure a consistent texture
