Preparation and Usage
Moroccan style harissa tagine
Shopping list:
2 Chicken breasts or 300g cauliflower and 1 red pepper
1 Fry the spices in 1 tbsp of sunflower oil for 20 secs. Add the diced chicken or cauliflower florets and sliced pepper, and cook until sealed for 2 mins.
2 Stir in the sauce and simmer 15 mins until cooked through.
3 Add 180ml of boiling water to the couscous in a separate bowl. Cover and leave to stand for 5 mins.
4 Drizzle with a little olive oil whilst separating the grains with a fork. Serve with the tagine and garnish fresh coriander.Package Type
