Tasting Notes
Dry, nicely structured flavour with great roundness, offers a complex fruitiness on the palate reminiscent of alcohol-preserved cherries, alternating with rather lovely, lingering spices.

Vinification Details
Grapes are harvested in the third week of September. Fermentation lasts 3 weeks at a temperature of 28- 30C. The wine is aged for 12 months. 20% in 350-litre "tonneaux" barrels and 80% in 60hl Slavonian oak barrel, followed by a further period of maturation in the bottle
