Preparation and Usage
Natural colour variation may occur over time. This will not affect product quality.

Perfect with seafood, white meat, spring vegetables or in desserts.
Add depth of flavour to creamy soups such as mushroom or potato soup.

Miso & Orange Zest Marinade Chicken for 2

Ingredients:
4 Chicken thighs
A pinch of salt

Marinade:
4 tbsp Yutaka Sweet
Rice Miso
4 tbsp Yutaka Mirin
1 tbsp Orange zest

1. Marinade chicken thighs in the fridge for 30 minutes, or overnight for a fuller flavour.
2. Preheat the oven to 170C. Wipe the miso off the chicken and place on a baking sheet.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until cooked and serve with your favourite salad.
