Edamame are young soybeans harvested before they fully ripen. Yutaka Edamame Soybeans in Pods are freshly picked and frozen, perfect as a fun and nutritious snack or as a side. Simply defrost season with a pinch of salt, pop the beans out the pods and enjoy!'These are a brilliant standby to keep in the freezer, and I always like to have some to hand. I donât actually follow the instructions for boiling or microwaving them, but prefer to steam them. Once theyâre hot, I tip them onto a platter, sprinkle Maldon salt over them, and set to. You just pop the beans out of their pod and munch away!' Nigella Lawson
