Pays d'Oc IGP wines come from grapes grown in the Languedoc-Roussillon region in the south of France. A sun-drenched area with a Mediterranean climate.

The wine was fermented in stainless steel and concrete tanks to preserve fruit flavour. A long maceration on very ripe grapes and aging on American and French oak for a ripe but smooth style.
