Wild-caught in Alaska waters, every fish is selected for colour, texture and fat content is high in omega-3 and vitamin D. Hand cured and smoked by experts in Canada to give you the very best taste of the wild.

Hand cured in a blend of sea salt and demerara sugar for a balanced, rounded flavour.

Smoked over a blend of 5 Canadian woods to give a unique depth of smoke unlike any other - Maple, Birth, Beech, Alder and Hickory
