Grown in a cooler climate, the chardonnay vines grown in Chablis, the northernmost wine district of the Burgundy region in France, produce wines with more acidity and less fruitiness compared to ones grown in a warmer climate. 

Tasting Notes:

A perfect combination of minerality with crunchy orchard fruit notes, complemented with hints of citrus fruit and fern. The rich and lively palate impresses with its incredible length.

Pairing Notes:

Pairs well with grilled white fish and chicken, as well as shellfish platters or goats cheese. 

Serve between 10℃ - 12℃
