We hand-roast our coffee in small batches to develop delicious flavour and aroma for each individual coffee. This Wild Arabica coffee is perfect for either filter or espresso, with notes of citrus and bourbon biscuits.

17-19g of coffee - use scales for best results.
Set your machine at ~91 degrees and aim for 21-25s extraction time.
You should end up with 27-30g of delicious coffee. Enjoy!

The Yayu Forest Reserve in Ethiopia is one of the last and most important remaining places for the conservation of wild Arabica coffee. We work with The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, partners in Ethiopia, and the Darwin Initiative (UK) to help preserve the Yayu coffee forest by producing this delicious heirloom coffee.
