Aromatic, mild curry spices combine with carrot, onion and coconut cream to give a tasty katsu curry flavour and modern Asian twist to our Jasmine rice.   Perfect with chicken katsu. Dip chicken fillets into flour and egg then coat in panko breadcrumbs. Fry until golden then slice. To serve, place on the rice and sprinkle with some sesame seeds, chilli and edamame.  Or for a tasty vegetarian version, replace chicken with tofu.Mix cornflour and water, dip the tofu into the mixture and then the breadcrumbs. Coat the tofu twice then fry until golden.
