Store in a cool, dry place.

Step 1: Cook
Place sachet in a large pan of boiling water. Cover and simmer for 12 minutes for 'al dente' or 15 minutes for a softer texture.
Step 2: Drain
Take the pan off the heat. Use a fork to lift sachet out of the water by its handle. Holding the cold corner, cut open the top, and serve the rice onto a plate.
Step 3: Enjoy
Let the rice stand for 2 mins, fork through lightly. Serve hot.

Hob - From Ambient. 1. Place sachet into a large pan of boiling water.
2. Return to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Lift sachet out carefully using a fork, drain well.
4. Empty the rice in to the pan, cover and let stand for 3 minutes. Then lightly fork through the grain and serve.

Perfect with a classic chicken curry. Add chicken to mustard seeds, cumin, garlic, ginger and mix with fried onion. Or replace chicken with vegetables and chilli for a delicious fiery vegetarian version. Cook Tilda Pure Basmati as per pack instructions and serve on the side.
