Thai green curry is much loved for its delicious spicy coconut curry with citrusy top notes and herby aromas. Green never tasted so good!

This pack contains a pouch of spices and aromatics, a smaller pouch with our spice paste and a larger one with a coconut sauce.

At The Spice Tailor, we have been on our own journey down these old spice routes to explore these delicious cuisines. Three Simple Steps
Sometimes the coconut sauce separates, do not let this worry you!
1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan for 20 seconds (take care not to overheat). Reserving the kaffir lime leaves lightly fry the remaining spices (use the chilli from spice pouch for extra heat)
2. Add your fresh ingredients and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, add the paste and cook for another minute
3. Stir in the coconut sauce, kaffir lime leaves and simmer for 3-4 minutes or until the meat or veg is cooked to your liking

DO NOT USE IF POUCH IS BLOATED OR LEAKING.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 3 days.
