Preparation and Usage
Simply: Serve with pork, fish, beef or pasta or enhance pie fillings.Microwave: Pour contents into a microwaveable bowl and cover loosely. Heat on full power (800w) for 4 1/2 mins, stirring halfway through.Hob: Empty contents into a saucepan and stir continuously over a medium heat for 4-5 mins.Ensure sauce is piping hot before serving.Recipe Idea: Cut 4 chicken breasts into strips and fry until cooked. Pour over the Creamy Mushroom Sauce, add a handful of small broccoli florets and cook gently for 5 mins. Stir through freshly cooked pasta and pour into an ovenproof dish. Top with grated cheddar cheese and grill until golden.Top Tip: Add smoked bacon lardons when cooking the chicken breasts and a handful of chopped sundried tomatoes when adding the broccoli.Serve with fresh salad and crusty olive bread.
