Regional Information
IGP Comt Tolosan is a large regional denomination that covers the entire wine-growing area of south-western France, centred on Toulouse. With its wide range of territories and vines, the Comt Tolosan denomination reflects the rich diversity of the wines of South-west France.

Vinification Details
The vines are 20 years old, planted in clay soil and the grapes are machine-harvested and then pressed. The grapes then go through cold maceration, and fermentation takes place in either stainless steel or concrete tanks.
