How we like it:
1 temple per cup
Boil to 100C
Brew for 3-5 mins
Instructions
One tea temple per person, infused in boiling water for at least 3 minutes. Don't rush - just relax and watch the leaves unfurl and the caramel melt. Drink it with milk, or a spoonful of creme fraiche.
