Superdrug Self Fixing Cohesive Support Bandage will support injuries to muscles, tendons and ligaments.
Specially coated bandage allows the bandage to stick to itself and not skin or hair. No need for pins or tapes.
Do not use if known allergy to latex. Do not use on severe sprains, if in doubt consult your pharmacist. Do not over tighten as this can restrict circulation. Do not use after expiry date - see base of pack.
Cotton, Elastane, Latex.
1. Unroll 20 to 30cm of the bandage and place around the affected area. 2. Relax the tension in the bandage. 3. Make a first turn then continue to bandage covering at least half of the previous turn with the next layer. 4. To finish, the last turn must be made without tension and must coner the previous turn completely.. 5. Press the end of the bandage with the palm of the hand for a few seconds to ensure cohesion.
