Jamaican Jerk ChickenIn the Pack- Jamaican Jerk Sauce- Ginger & Garlic Paste- Jamaican Jerk Spice RubYou Will Need- 600g Chicken Pieces- 2 Cups Cooked RiceAlso great with beef, pork or seafoodCooking Instructions1 Coat: Mix Jamaican Jerk Spice Rub through chicken and set aside.2 Sear: Lightly stir-fry Ginger & Garlic Paste in a hot and well-oiled saucepan for 1 minute. Add chicken and stir-fry for a further 3 minutes or until sealed on all sides.3 Simmer: Add Jamaican Jerk Sauce to pan and stir. Reduce heat to low, cover pan with lid and simmer until meat is fully cooked (approx. 20 minutes). Serve immediately with rice and your choice of salad.Chef's TipTo create Jamaican Jerk BBQ, mix all ingredients together and rub onto a whole chicken (or chicken pieces). Marinate for at least 1 hour (or overnight) in fridge. Grill or barbeque until well cooked.
