On first use, prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle. For the onset of colds or sinusitus - keeping the head straight, gentle insert the nozzle into the nostril. Press briefly press the nozzle, let any excess soltuion flow out then blow your nose. For deeper cleansing of blocked noses - tilt the head to one side and gently put the nozzle into the upper nostril. Dispense the spray for 2-3 seconds and let any excess solution flow out, then blow the nose. After each use, clean the nozzle in hot water and dry. Use 2 to 6 times a day for as long as needed or as recommended by your doctor.
