On first use, prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle. For normal cleansing - keeping the head straight, gentle insert the nozzle into the nostril. Press briefly press the nozzle, let any excess soltuion flow out then blow your nose. For deeper cleansing - tilt the head to one side and gently put the nozzle into the upper nostril. Dispense the spray for 2-3 seconds and let any excess solution flow out, then blow the nose. After each use, clean the nozzle in hot water and dry. Use 2 to 6 times a day for as long as needed or as recommended by your doctor.
