Preparation and Usage
1.Add a little at a time until the desired colour has been achieved
2.Max 5.5g per 1kg of icing and decoration. The maximum usage requirement applies to all cake covering, therefore you can use more in some parts provided that you use less elsewhere and the average is not exceeded.
