Preparation and Usage
Rub
Rub into dry or oiled steaks, meat joints, chunky fish or seasonal root veggies before roasting, grilling and BBQ'ing.
Sprinkle
Add to soups, sauces, stir-fries and casseroles or sprinkle over roasted dishes for added seasoning before serving.
Paste
Mix with olive oil or butter for a useful paste that can be added to pasta, risotto, soups, sauces, and dressings.
Crumb
