Why not try Vanilla Coffee Cocktail: 120 ml strong fresh coffee (espresso), 60mls Vodka, 3 tsps caster sugar, 1tbsp double cream, 5 drops Vanilla Spice Drops. Shake all the ingredients in a shaker over ice and serve in Martini glasses. For best results use in the final stages of preparation or just before serving. For drinks, add the drop(s) first in the container and pour the drink on top. Shake well before use. If stored correctly, stays fresh for up to 3 years.
