Patch Test the Liner before use
Synthetic Lashes. Liner Water, Acrylates Copolymer, Propylene, Glycol, D&C Black No.2 FerroferricOxide, Phenoxyethanol, Octanol
Patch Test Liner before Using. Apply liner along the lash line, wait for it to dry. Place the lashes onto the liner. Use the applicator to help fit into position
Shake the eyeliner well before use. Apply the liner close to the lash line making a smooth and even line. Add a little extra to the outer and inner corners. Cut lashes to fit eye shape if required. Wait for the liner to dry before adding lashes.
