Preparation and Usage
Please Ensure Food is Fully Cooked and Piping Hot Throughout Before Serving. Serve with Sharwood's flame baked naans and mango chutney on the side. Use more or less paste to create a milder/spicier version.

This Rich Tikka Paste Allows You to Create a Delicious Tikka Masala Dish at Home.
This recipe works well with Beef or Prawns.
Chicken Tikka - Serves 4
1: Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a deep frying pan. Gently fry 1 large diced onion until soft.
3-4 Mins
2: Stir in 4 heaped tablespoons (92g) Tikka paste and 600g diced chicken and fry for 3 minutes until the chicken is sealed.
15 Mins
3: Add 400g chopped tinned tomatoes and bring to the boil then gently simmer for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Add 2 tbsp double cream and simmer for a further 2 minutes. Please ensure food is fully cooked and piping hot throughout before serving. Serve with Sharwood's flame baked naans and mango chutney on the side. Use more or less pasta to create a milder/spicier version.
