This Rich Rogan Josh Paste Allows You to Create a Delicious Rogan Josh Dish at Home.This recipe works well with Beef or Prawns.Chicken Rogan Josh - Serves 41: Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a deep frying pan. Gently fry 1 large diced onion until soft.3-4 Mins2: Stir in 4 heaped tablespoons (92g) Rogan Josh paste and 600g diced chicken and fry for 3 minutes until the chicken is sealed.15 Mins3: Add 400g chopped tinned tomatoes and bring to the boil then gently simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
